12:30 - Clichy zum FC Bayern? - Der 25-jährige linke Aussenverteidiger von Arsenal London Gael Clichy ist beim FC Bayrn ein Kandidat. Die Münchner bieten den Engländer 10 Millionen Euro für den Abwehrspieler an. Bei London hat Clichy noch einen Vertrag bis 2012. Arsene Wenger möchte aber für seinen Landsmann 18 Millionen Euro und wartet auf ein deutlich verbessertes Angebot aus München. Seit 2003 verteidigt der aus Cannes stammende französische Internationale bei den Gunners. Nach A'Bola nun O'Jogo mit ganz konkreten Informationen. Seriöse Berichte aus Portugal verdichten die Quellen, dass die Verhandlungen bzgl. Coentrao's Wechsel zum FC Bayern schon sehr weit fortgeschritten und konkret sind.
Damit schwinden die Chancen auf einen Clichy Transfer.

Everton's Leighton Baines and Newcastle's Jose Enrique have also been reportedly in Bayern's wanted list but it is Clichy that tops it.

Aus meiner Sicht wäre das ein super Transfer, da er auf links mit Ribery einen Landsmann vor sich hat (Verständigung) und die Beiden außerdem eingespielt wären für die Nationalmannschaft. Gute Argumente um den Spieler nach München zu locken.

TalkSport Radio are reporting that Bayern Munich are targeting the Arsenal left-back and will bid £7 million on the Gunner at the end of the season.
Yesterday it was reported that Juventus director Fabio Paratici is travelling to London to speak to Arsenal about a £15 million offer for Clichy. The young Arsenal defender Traore is currently on loan with the Turin club but will be back at the Emirates when the Italian season ends.

Außerdem steht drin, dass es auch noch Interesse von anderen PL-Clubs (z.B. Liverpool) geben soll, sodass also auch ein Wechsel innerhalb der PL möglich wäre.

Arsenal – Gael Clichy says he is planning on staying at Arsenal, despite rumours to the contrary
Arsenal left back Gael Clichy has confirmed he is not planning on leaving the London club in the summer, quashing reports that Arsene Wenger is planning on selling the star in a clean out at Emirates.
“When I arrived at Arsenal it was because I wanted to improve myself as a player and to win titles, and that is normal with any player,” Clichy said.
“Wenger persuaded me to come here at a time when I was receiving offers from other clubs – and I have to say that my present and my future is with Arsenal.”
Talks over an extension on Clichy’s contract, which expires in June 2012, have reportedly stalled, but the French international says this is only because he wants to concentrate on playing football.
“I am leaving talks over my contract with my agent so that I can focus on my football,” the Arsenal star said.
“I know that there are rumours about me going elsewhere but I have nothing to say about that.
“I have always wanted to be at a club where I am content. Money is important but it is not a decisive factor. All I want is to win a title – that’s my ultimate ambition.”
Arsenal currently sit second on the Barclays Premier League table, and look to have one of the most exciting young sides in the league. While they are seven points behind first placed Manchester United, Arsenal have a game in hand and should they win that, and their game against United, the gap is decreased to just one point.
Clichy will no doubt be happy with the possibility of Arsenal taking the title and if that is his main motivation for sticking with Gunners, he will be staying for quite some time yet.

Gael Clichy, Linksverteidiger beim FC Arsenal, hat den Verantwortlichen der Londoner mitgeteilt. dass er den Verein verlassen möchte. Sein Vertrag läuft noch ein Jahr, ein neues Angebot hat er laut englischen Medienberichten abgelehnt.
Top-Favorit auf eine Unterschrift des französischen Nationalspielers ist Inter Mailand, aber auch Bayern München hat Chancen. Zumindest hat der Rekordmeister wohl sein Interesse bekundet.
