Kylian Mbappé has confirmed that he will depart PSG in the summer after seven seasons at his hometown club. Since moving from Monaco in 2018, Mbappe has won six Ligue 1 titles and he’s the Paris club’s all-time goalscorer with 256, while he’s also provided 108 assists in 307 games. 

Gareth Southgate named his provisional 33-man squad for Euro 2024 on Tuesday afternoon and there were some notable absentees. Southgate will trim his squad down to 26 players ahead of the tournament with England kicking off their campaign against Serbia on June 16th. 

Florian Wirtz is the new most valuable player in the Bundesliga. As part of the Transfermarkt Bundesliga update, the Bayer Leverkusen star saw his market value increase to €130m. Overall, 489 Bundesliga players were impacted by the market value update and Wirtz isn’t the only player with a change in the top three. While Jamal Musiala is now second with a market value of €120m, Bayern star striker Harry Kane dropped as part of the update. Beyond the top three, Bayern’s Canadian star Alphonso Davies and English winger Jadon Sancho also stand out. But for very different reasons.

The 24-year-old grew up just twelve miles away from Wembley and he will be aiming to showcase his unquestionable ability in the most prestigious game in club football.

Real Madrid continued their seemingly unrivalled dominance of Europe’s premier competition on Saturday with an 2-0 win over Borussia Dortmund to take the club’s trophy haul in the European Cup and then Champions League to 15 trophies. The latest success now means the LaLiga giants have won the tournament more than twice as many times as second-placed AC Milan, who have seven titles to their name.
